Day 1 in the life long journey of Joyce and Josh. With the breeze coming in from the shores of Lake Tahoe at the Beach house-Edgewood, we had such a great time creating the intimate wedding that they dreamed of. 60 friends and family were gathered under the Japanese inspired lights and decorations. With Pastor Gil at the ready……a short and sweet ceremony began as the geese landed on the crystal clear lake. After a few sweet moments the Broder’s were now a new married couple!
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST………that’s the song that introduced the couple to there friends. Hugs and kisses were all around as the couple greeted everyone. Before long the appetizers were out, and drinks were in hand. Smiles filled the deck and photos were being posed for. Photographer Jay Hsiang was able to capture every special moment. I tell you that the bridal photos will be amazing. With the scenery and Jay behind the lense….. these moments will live forever.
For the First Dance as husband and wife, the Brody’s chose UNFORGETABLE by Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole. A timeless song that swept the couple away and into each other. As there song wound down….EVERYTHING from Michael Buble invited out the couples onto the dancefloor to share with the bride and groom.
The toasts were tastefully done by Best Man: Chad Broder and Man of Honor: Brad Wanston. Raise the glasses and let’s toast the new couple! As the bubbly flowed, the dance floor heated up. With the entire wedding party on the floor….the party was on! What a great group of family and friends. Congratulations Joyce and Josh.
