We love being a part of the Sacramento community and Saturday September 20, 2014, was a great day in Sacramento for the American Heart Associations- Heart and Stroke Walk.

Riptide Entertainment and DJ Derik were very proud to be the DJ and sound provider for the American Heart Associations, Heart and Stroke Walk for 2014. Close to 5,000 walkers filled William Land Park for this great event. Vendors and Performers filled the south end of the park. Dancers, karate demonstrations, singer, and even some Doctors further explained the value of taking care of your heart.
107.9 THE END’s Wake Up Crew got the morning going.
The Sacramento Kings Drumline and break dancers started the day off with a routine full of energy. Next, the National Anthem brought everyone’s hand to there heart. After the walkers warmed up…..stretched….and fueled up……it was GO TIME! All the teams and walkers headed out from the Starting line and walked for a great cause.
